When we read Hebrews 11, we are left amazed at the faith that those men and women placed in God!  They seem extraordinary, the likes of which have never been seen again.  But is that the truth?  Is the extraordinary life of great faith relegated to the past alone?  The truth is, there have been many great men and women of faith in the past 2,000 years of church history, and their stories need to be rediscovered today.  They too make up that ‘great cloud of witnesses’ cheering us on today.  Men and women like William Carey, Corrie Ten Boon, Elizabeth Elliot and many others.  Their example will move us to expect great things and attempt great things.  Join us this summer as we learn of these lives of extraordinary faith and tune our ears to listen to their cheers as they encourage us to ‘run with endurance the race that is set before us.’
